Staff were very helpful and lovely. They were always willing to help, and were very polite - they even got a cab for us to go to the airport after checking out, The hotel was considerably new, and the room we choose had a nice view to the ocean - which helped a lot during our stay. The location is good, close to stores, restaurants, beaches, and the main port from where the tours departed. Cost-benefit is worth it, despite the negative points.
